1.3 Information and obligations of transport service users
The behavioral rules subject to disclosure are, in particular, the
following:
a) Passengers are informed that access and use of the
Local or regional TPL service is allowed only if
equipped with one of the COVID-19 green certifications (so-called “Green
Pass “) prescribed by current legislation (art. 9-quater, paragraph 1
letter e-bis) of Legislative Decree 22.4. 2021, n. 52, as converted by Law 17.6.
2021, n. 87). The checks are carried out according to methods a
sample, by the relevant authorities. They are exempt from the obligation to green
pass for persons under the age of 12 and persons exempt from the
vaccination campaign based on suitable medical certification, from
exhibit if necessary.
b) obligation to wear correctly during all phases of the
travel, and in any case on all occasions when it is not possible
continuously guarantee the maintenance of the distance of
safety, a surgical mask, or higher, compliant
to the current legislation to protect both the nose and the mouth. Do not
children under the age of six are subject to the obligation, as well as i
subjects with forms of disability not compatible with continuous use
of the mask or the subjects who interact with the aforementioned;
c) obligation to comply with the regulations described below. In
particular:
the. in the phases of getting on and off the bus, also on the occasion of
stops / intermediate stops, to observe the driver’s instructions
which will regulate the up and down times and the opening of the usable doors
by each passenger in such a way as to avoid gatherings.
ii. obligation to frequently sanitize hands using disinfectants
available in the special dispensers located on the bus;
iii. avoid approaching or asking the driver for information.
The individual responsibility of all users of transport services remains a
essential point to guarantee interpersonal distancing, correct use
masks, hygiene measures, as well as preventing behaviors that
they can increase the risk of infection.
The violation of the rules of conduct referred to above, if
is such as to compromise the health and safety of passengers and the
driver, may result in the interruption of the transport service
until the restoration of suitable protection measures.
